Founded in 2022 by sisters Anina and Helena Rapprich and their father Dr. Stefan Rapprich, LipoCheck was born out of real medical need.
Dr. Rapprich, a dermatologist and phlebologist with over 30 years of experience, has treated thousands of lipedema patients in his clinic in Bad Soden, Germany. He is a respected expert, researcher, and speaker in the field and has published multiple studies on the effectiveness of liposuction in lipedema treatment.
Inspired by the challenges faced by his patients — long waiting times, limited access to care, and misinformation — the family decided to take action.Together, they built LipoCheck to provide accessible, evidence-based, and compassionate support for every woman living with lipedema.
